These terms apply when you buy clothing from Mace Personal Training or sign up for one of our coaching programmes. Mace Personal Training is an independent brand based in Glasgow, Scotland. By placing an order you agree to these terms, so please read them before you buy.

When you check out, you are offering to buy the items in your bag. A contract is formed once your payment is accepted and we confirm your order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price or description has been listed in error, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the price you pay at checkout, plus delivery charges. Delivery costs vary by destination and are confirmed in your bag before you pay. Payment is taken securely by our payment provider; we never receive your card details.

Everything we sell is produced to order, so please allow up to 5 working days for production before your order is dispatched. Delivery times vary by destination and are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it and return the items for a refund, without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning them unless they are faulty or not what you ordered.

Email us to start a return. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

If something arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including the return postage. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything in these terms.

Our coaching programmes are personal training services, not physical products. Programme details, prices and billing (monthly or one-off) are shown on the Personal Training page. Submitting an enquiry does not commit you to anything — we will contact you to confirm the details before any work begins.

Training carries risk. You are responsible for making sure you are fit and well enough to take part, and you should speak to a doctor before starting a new programme. Nothing we provide is medical advice.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

The site keeps your bag and your chosen delivery country in your own browser, so your bag is still there when you come back. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

If we add visitor analytics in future, we will say so in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by Scottish law, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Scotland.
