Mace Personal Training is an independent performance apparel and coaching brand based in Scotland. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us or enquire about our coaching services, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

• Your name, email address and phone number (if you give us one) when you place an order or contact us.
• The delivery address you enter at checkout, so we can ship your order.
• What you ordered, the size and colour chosen, and the amount paid.
• Your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter, or enquire about a coaching programme.

We do not see or store your card details. Payments are processed by our payment provider on their own secure checkout page, and we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.

• To take payment, pack and deliver your order, and keep a record of the sale.
• To answer your questions and handle returns, exchanges or faulty items.
• To send you news and offers, but only if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe from any email.
• To keep our records accurate and to meet our accounting and legal obligations.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

The site keeps your shopping bag and chosen delivery country in your own browser's local storage, so your bag is still there if you come back. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

• Our payment provider, to process your payment securely.
• The postal carrier delivering your parcel, who needs your name and address.
• Our email service, for order and newsletter emails.

These providers only receive what they need to do their job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Coaching enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• show you a copy of the information we hold about you;
• correct anything inaccurate;
• delete information we no longer need to keep;
• stop using your details for marketing; or
• provide your information in a portable format.

Email us and we will act on your request. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of the page. Any significant change will be made clear on the site.
